Rajyoga meditation is based on a philosophy of life that is easy to follow and use on a daily basis. It helps us to attain inner peace and happiness.

The knowledge of Raj Yoga challenges our commonly held beliefs and takes us on a journey deep into the meaning of who we are and what our highest purpose can be.

The foundation course comprises of 45 Min session per day for 7 days (1 week) which takes place ‘in person’ at the meditation centeres close to wherever you are living in Hyderabad. It is necessary to attend all sessions and registration is essential.
